Program Description

Our careers, goals, and needs are constantly changing throughout our lives. We will explore those changes and how we can effectively improve our professional careers and ultimately improve career satisfaction.

Participant Program Objectives

Educational Objectives: At the completion of this program, the pharmacist should be able to: 

  • 1.    Examine current career relationships.
  • 2.    Describe six key relationships that are essential for career growth: mentor, coach, sponsor, mentee, partner/truth teller, healthy competitor.
  • 3.    Write a realistic plan to address relationship gaps.

 

Educational Objectives: At the completion of this program, the technician should be able to: 

  • 1.    Examine current career relationships.
  • 2.    Describe six key relationships that are essential for career growth: mentor, coach, sponsor, mentee, partner/truth teller, healthy competitor.
